Each loaf of Così flatbread can make 4 slices / servings.
Così Bread Baking Instructions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 425° F
- Brush 1 TBSP of Olive Oil over surface of bread
- Sprinkle with ¼ TSP of Kosher Salt over entire surface of the bread
- Bake on sheet tray for 6 to 10 minutes
- For a crispier crust bake directly of oven rack
I’ve been addicted to this flatbread for years. I left the DC area last year and was so happy to learn I could order it online—literally days after lamenting on social media that there were no Cost stores in my state. I eat it baked plain, make pizza, or make my favorite TBM. I plan to maintain a good stock of this flatbread in my freezer for whenever I’m in the mood.

I ordered 3 packages (2 regular & 1 whole wheat). Only received 2 (1 regular and 1 whole wheat). I called immediately, and they gave me a refund for the one that wasn’t in my package. Very quick, very professional. I tried the regular one….LOVE it. I’ll be trying my whole wheat one soon. Thank you so much!
Easy to bake and it is delicious. My only complaint is the packaging. When I removed one loaf, the plastic was shredded. Had to re-wrap the remaining loaves with plastic wrap to reseal. Also wanted to give a loaf to a coworker to try. But the loaves are not individually wrapped, so not sure it looks great! LAstly, i will definitely order again but will wait until the fall when the Florida weather is not as hot. when my delivery arrived, the bread was hot, after riding in a delivery truck all day.
I love getting this flatbread. I've only tried the original so far. I use it to make pizza every other week. I haven't tried it as sandwich bread yet, but I'm sure it would be just as delicious. So tasty and I've recommended to others. Though, I do find I need to bake it a little longer than stated (straight from the freezer) perhaps because of the tomato sauce and toppings. Usually takes me about 20 mins in a gas oven to get the bottom a little crisp and not still soft. Thank you!
