Unfortunately, our products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.

We do our best to ship our products to minimize breakage in transit. Occasionally, some items can experience some breakage during shipping. If your item arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.


For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):

Refunds are only valid for defective or damaged product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
