Margherita Flatbread Pizza



Così Flatbread Margherita Pizza


  • 1 Loaf of Così Flatbread
  • 1 Cup of your favorite Pizza Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Romano Cheese, grated
  • 1 Cup (about 6 ounces) of Fresh Mozzarella, cut into ½” cubes
  • 1 ½ tbsp Fresh Basil, sliced thinly (chiffonade)


  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 425 degrees
  2. Place Così Flatbread Loaf on Baking Sheet Tray or Pizza Stone
  3. Portion the pizza sauce & use the back end of a ladle to spread evenly around the entire surface of the Così Flatbread (cover edges completely – do not leave a crust)
  4. Top Flatbread Pizza in the following order, working outside in:

          - Romano Cheese; use hand to distribute evenly

          - Fresh Mozzarella; use hand to distribute evenly

      5. Bake in Oven for 6-10 minutes, until mozzarella is melted.

      6. Remove from oven and sprinkle Fresh Basil chiffonade evenly

      7. Enjoy!
