Margherita Flatbread Pizza
Così Flatbread Margherita Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf of Così Flatbread
- 1 Cup of your favorite Pizza Sauce
- 2 tbsp Romano Cheese, grated
- 1 Cup (about 6 ounces) of Fresh Mozzarella, cut into ½” cubes
- 1 ½ tbsp Fresh Basil, sliced thinly (chiffonade)
Directions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 425 degrees
- Place Così Flatbread Loaf on Baking Sheet Tray or Pizza Stone
- Portion the pizza sauce & use the back end of a ladle to spread evenly around the entire surface of the Così Flatbread (cover edges completely – do not leave a crust)
- Top Flatbread Pizza in the following order, working outside in:
- Romano Cheese; use hand to distribute evenly
- Fresh Mozzarella; use hand to distribute evenly
5. Bake in Oven for 6-10 minutes, until mozzarella is melted.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle Fresh Basil chiffonade evenly
