Bread Pudding
Così Bread Pudding
Ingredients:- 3 slices of Così Flatbread
- 4 cups half & half cream
- ½ cup eggs
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 cup vanilla syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut each slice of Così Flatbread into 32 pieces, in a 4 x 8 pattern
- In a mixing bowl, measure and add these ingredients and whisk together: half & half, eggs, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla syrup
- Add Così Flatbread pieces to mixing bowl; use a rubber spatula to mix ingredients for 1 minute; cover and place Bread Pudding mixture into cooler for 2 hours
- Lightly spray baking pan with non-stick spray, coating bottom and sides completely
- Pour mixture in baking pan
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until set
