Light and pillowy on the inside, crusty and chewy on the outside. Whether it's a classic picnic sandwich, a rustic woodfire pizza, or a heartwarming soup dipper, make it mouthwateringly delicious with our Original Flatbread.
Each loaf of Così flatbread can make 4 slices / servings.
Così Bread Baking Instructions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 425° F
- Brush 1 TBSP of Olive Oil over surface of bread
- Sprinkle with ¼ TSP of Kosher Salt over entire surface of the bread
- Bake on sheet tray for 6 to 10 minutes
- For a crispier crust bake directly of oven rack

I’ve been addicted to this flatbread for years. I left the DC area last year and was so happy to learn I could order it online—literally days after lamenting on social media that there were no Cost stores in my state. I eat it baked plain, make pizza, or make my favorite TBM. I plan to maintain a good stock of this flatbread in my freezer for whenever I’m in the mood.

It was wonderful to have Cosi bread again, right out of my oven. I loved Cosi salads and breads and, pre covid, ate lunch almost every day at the nearest Cosi store in DC. Now that so many Cosi stores in Downtown DC have closed, I can get my daily dose on Cosi bread any time I want. Thank you!
