Light and pillowy on the inside, crusty and chewy on the outside. Whether it's a classic picnic sandwich, a rustic woodfire pizza, or a heartwarming soup dipper, make it mouthwateringly delicious with our Original Flatbread.
Each loaf of Così flatbread can make 4 slices / servings.
Così Bread Baking Instructions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 425° F
- Brush 1 TBSP of Olive Oil over surface of bread
- Sprinkle with ¼ TSP of Kosher Salt over entire surface of the bread
- Bake on sheet tray for 6 to 10 minutes
- For a crispier crust bake directly of oven rack
I’ve been addicted to this flatbread for years. I left the DC area last year and was so happy to learn I could order it online—literally days after lamenting on social media that there were no Cost stores in my state. I eat it baked plain, make pizza, or make my favorite TBM. I plan to maintain a good stock of this flatbread in my freezer for whenever I’m in the mood.
PERFECT! Made a regular pizza and a BLT pizza both delicious. Also just heat it and have with dinner. Total perfection. I will be ordering again soon.

Excellent! Easy, fast and delicious. Froze 2 loaves and they baked perfectly right to the oven.
My husband lived in DC for years before we met. We live in Buffalo New York. When he seen that we could buy your bread online he asked me to buy it right away... which I did. He wanted to make something similar to you Buffalo chicken with blue cheese. He was so excited to make this meal for us. I can not tell you how amazing it was. The bread was perfect and so was the chicken he made, It was absolutely the best! I even had some the next day with some oil and balsamic vinegar. We will be ordering this bread more often.
